Vote16 Culver City is part of the national campaign Vote16USA, which supports campaigns to expand local voting ages across the country, from California to New York.

Vote16USA is not the first of its kind, though. Many other countries have supported teen enfranchisement dating back to the 1980s. Today, Scotland, Nicaragua, Austria, Ecuador, Brazil and Indonesia are a few of the 29 countries that allow 16- or 17-year-olds to vote.
